Medical Boards
In accordance with the Home Front Command's guidelines, as of Friday, 6/3/26, medical boards will fully resume their operation.
If a citizen still apprehend coming to a branch in person - we will assess the possibility of holding the board via video chat or based on medical documents exclusively.
If it is impossible to hold the board in such settings, because of the claim's nature - the medical board will be postponed to a later date.
Please note:
Those who have already been contacted by the National Insurance and for whom a video-chat or document-based board has been scheduled - the board will be held in the agreed settings.
Public reception
You can use the telephone appointment booking system and set a date when you would like a National Insurance official from your branch to call you back at the desired time and handle your inquiry.

Service
- Our service channels continue to provide you with service at all times - human chat, online inquiry on the website, hotlines (*6050) and more. For all service channels, click here.
- The National Insurance continues to work on your files and inquiries on an ongoing and continuous basis, even during emergency situations.
- National Insurance employees went recently and today, too, to visit hospitals and hotels where the evacuees were transferred to ensure they are able to realize their rights and receive assistance. They will continue to do so across the country in the coming days.
- The National Insurance continues to be in contact with security and health authorities in other to reach out to bereaved families and people wounded by Iranian terrorism and will accompany them during this difficult time and beyond.
